This 1941 baseball mitt (Pat. 2281315) is Rawlings' Trapper Model, titled "The George McQuinn CLAW." Made for a right-handed player, the glove measures 11" from the top of the web, along the inside of the glove, down to the bottom piping of the palm. This used, but in very good condition, glove is made with full grain select cowhide leather. There is very little wear in the piping around the glove. The palm and the fingers are completely intact with no worn out holes. Nicely shaped and broken in, this glove still has a lot of life left in it.
