Royal Crown Derby Imari 'TEDDY BEAR' Paperweight #06851 In 1890 this company was appointed "Manufacurers of Porcelain to Her Majesty" and given the privilege of using the title "The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company". Then in 1964 the Royal Crown Derby became part of a group of factories, Allied English Potteries,Ltd., England's largest manufacturer of lovely bone china. This 'Teddy Bear' paperweight figurine #06851 from the Imari Paperweight Collection pattern stands 5" high, and has an elegant, all over design of gold on a white porcelain background. He also features a cobalt blue/rust vest and paw pads and was produced in 1997. The base is marked Royal Crown Derby-English Bone China LX - the pattern number does not appear on the piece. He would make a wonderful addition to any bear collection. MINT
