Introduced in 1974, Lenox (USA) Holiday (Dimension shape)Gold has become a cherished holiday pattern. This footed candy dish with lid measures 5-1/2" high including top and base measures 5-1/4" in diameter. The handcrafted ivory fine china has a festive holly and berries motif around the lid and is trimmed with 24K gold. The base also has the holly and berries motif and is trimmed with gold. There is a small crusty area underneath lid and I am not sure if this is in the glaze or from use. Base is marked in gold with older mark: script L in center of wreath, Lenox, Made in USA. There are no chips or cracks - overall in excellent condition.
