This vintage handpainted napping cat is from Royal Copenhagen (Denmark). The cat is grey striped with a white nose and paws, measures 3-1/4" and was designed by artist Erik Nielsen. It is marked in green on the base:Royal Copenhagen with the crown in the center~Denmark~3 blue waves~422 (also impressed in base) and initials of iv (painter). There is a dot under E in Copenhagen which dates the piece between 1975-1979. No chips,cracks, or repairs...MINT
