Guglielmo Cini was born in Florence, Italy and trained as a silversmith until at the age of 17 he moved to Boston (USA) where he founded his company in 1922. He relocated to Laguna Beach, CA. in 1957 and remained there until his death in 1979. This great Italian master produced exquisite handcrafted, heirloom jewelry!
This handcrafted sterling silver Dogwood Floral Pin/Brooch (3-49P) comes from Cini's collection in the late 1960s. He created this lovely pin which measures 2-1/2" x 1-3/4" and is made in heavy sterling silver with a beautiful patina~ backside is signed with copyright symbol on a rectangular cartouche - STERLING by CINI. There have not been any repairs or alterations to this piece. MINT
NOTE:I have not polished this piece as many collectors prefer to receive their vintage silver untouched. I have included a picture from Mr. Cini's catalog.
