I believe this is an enamel on copper pin...there are no identification marks, but I have had it for 30+ years. The pin is pale green with gold, darker green and red accents. It measures approximately 1-3/4" high x 1-1/2" at widest lower branch and is in excellent condition although there is a tiny nick on bottom branch.
