This is a vintage round white wooden plate frame for your collectible plate measuring 9.5" in diameter. There are specks of black in the white paint. The frame is trimmed with gold on the inside opening 6.75". The width of the frame is just over 1.25". From Bard's Products, Inc., ILL., this frame was item #139 and comes in original platic bag~never used.
