This basket is a miniature of the original Nantucket Lightship basket. The replica is crafted from pewter then plated with 24K gold. It is finished with hand etched scrimshaw, as are the original baskets. This has a lovely cranberry design. There is also a miniature penny tucked inside for good luck!
