VINTAGE LADIES CELLULOID DRESSER BOX -
This rectangle shaped Ladies Dresser Box top features a family scene in an Old Dutch house with the females wearing wooden shoes. The top has a celluloid covering while the sides are covered in paper. It has metal hinges on the back and the clasp in the front. It has a puncture on the right side of the top (see photo) and some wear on the edges and surface of the paper covering. There is wear on the cloth covering the inside and on the bottom (see photos). It is about 9 inches long, 5-3/4 inches deep and 3-1/8 inches tall.
TURQUOISE CORAL ENCRUSTED HEART SHAPED BRASS BOX -
This handcrafted Heart Shaped Jewelry Box was made in the Southern Asia Region (maybe India) but it is not marked. It features Turquoise and Red Coral insets along with a central stylized Budda Figure. It is made of what appears to be thin brass sheets and the lid is hinged at the top. We do not know its age.
