French Toy Telephone Here’s and old fashioned French child size telephone. The phone is mounted on a wooden base and next to it is a dark gray solid metal bell to ring manually like one rings a bicycle bell. The telephone is brass (I think) coated. The gold color is partly worn away on the piece that you hold in your hand. The cord is of decoratively wound gray cotton. The handle between the speaker and the receiver is black wood. The telephone base and the disk you speak into are a bit loose but no problem to fix. The phone tips little to one side. The size of the wood base is 6 ½ x 4 ½ x 1 ¾ inches. ( 10 x 17 x 405 cm). Total height from base to top is 6 ½ inches (16 cm). The length of speaker-receiver is 6 ½ inches (16 cm).
 

Vintage Tin Litho Zeppelin or Dirigible Toy The body of this 1950’s tin litho airship toy is a light yellow color with four movable red rudders. On each side of the airship is printed "Zeppelin" in fancy black letters. Attached underneath are two orange and blue gondolas with a man and lady sitting in each one. The front section can be taken off and inside is printed HP in a triangle and the words "Military Police". A long catgut like string goes through a ring and a hole on the top of the Zeppelin. This toy can be hung and then raised and lowered by pulling on a ring (only half of the ring is left) at the bottom of the dirigible. The length is 10 ½ inches (26 ½ cm), the circumference is 9 inches (22cm).The gondolas are 2 ¼ inches (5 ½ cm) long. There are some brown spots on the underside but the general condition is quite good.

Vintage Swiss Child's Jig Saw Puzzle In its pretty original box this 60 piece puzzle pictures a cute little girl holding a bouquet of field flowers. The coloring has a fine beige tone with delicate accents.
The backing is clean plywood. At the lower right is printed the name of the artist "Erna Mason" and w. & co.z No. 201. On the top of the box is a round label saying "Penelope Puzzle" Suisse (French) and Schweiz (German) for Switzerland. On one side of the box is a label saying "baby-puzzle 60 teile or morceaux" meaning pieces. The pink and light brown printing all over the outside of the box shows children, rabbits and Easter eggs. Although the box has an Easter motif the picture inside does not. The puzzle is 7 ¾ inches (19.5 cm) by 9 ¾ (25cm) inches. The box is about an inch longer than the puzzle. The condition of the puzzle is very good. There is one tiny edge of paper missing on the sleeve of the girl in the picture but it is not noticeable because the wood underneath is the same color.
This very pretty puzzle will be a fine addition to any collection of Puzzles or Children's toys.The overseas surface postage is $10.00.
