1979 Annual Hummel Bell
This is the very collectable second addition (1979) of the M.J. Hummel Annual Bell series. The relief subject is “Waving Goodbye” showing a little “Madchen” sitting in the flowers holding a basket and a doll. She is waving a red handkerchief. On the back of the bell is 1979 in relief and “Hummel” insized. Inside the bell are the blue printed Goebel trademark with the stylized bee and an artist’s mark. The bell is 6 inches(15cm)in height and the diameter at the widest part of the oval base is 4 inches ( 10.5 cm ). It is unused and in it’s original box.
