She’s probably from the 40’s, has no marks but could be German. Her clean features (blue eyes) and hair are hand painted . The movable one piece arms and legs are slightly bent so she looks cute in a sitting position. Overall length 10 ½ in.(27cm). There is a chip under one ear. There is also a chip on her shoulder(haha)and there are a few “pock marks” in the glaze on the head. See close up photo.
