This vintage necklace is made of 15 colorful Murano glass beads graduated in size from 7/8 inches (2 cm) to ½ inch (1.3 cm). Its predominant color is bright blue with very interesting and unusual designs in the glass rod cross sections. These pieces are like sliced candy canes molded together. One sees small red stars, zebra stripes and pretty kaleidoscope motives. There are three little glass beads between each larger oval bead. The length of the necklace is 20 ½ inches (52 cm). This is a very old and interesting piece.
