This is a darling child-size top like the traditional Swiss farmers and mountaineers have wore for many decades. It is made of heavy light blue cotton fabric with the classic and traditional Edelweiss design. The Edelweiss is the Swiss national flower. It grows in the mountain meadows and has simple white fuzzy flowers. This over-blouse has long sleeves with one button at each cuff. There is a panel in the front with two transparent buttons and a 1 ½ inch (2 cm) band for the collar. These shirts are well made and sturdy. When outgrown they are handed down to the next boy or girl.
This would make an original gift for a small child. It is in a never worn condition. I estimate it is for a three to four year old child. Please check the measurements below. Thank you.
