| The great cover of this issue is a trio of sporty ladies and a gentleman in a roadster. The cover, as well as an inside story illustration is done by Harrison Ford. Some of the advertisements included are "His master’s Voice, Kellogg’s Toasted Cornflakes, Steiff Toys, and Vernon Castle’s dance lessons. There is a colored illustration done by W. Dendy Sadler too. Another delightful colored page shows pretty summer salads using fresh flowers such as sweet peas and cowslips. Or do you need a recipe for rose petal salad? The colored back cover shows a socially incorrect Negro joke by Edw. V. Brewer. There is edgewear, and some soiling and staining, a few rips too. The cover is in fairly good condition. Overseas surface postage is $15.00 |
