This is a very pretty fan decorated with little printed paper angels holding hands and dancing with garlands of pink roses under a border of lilacs. It is mounted on a beige cotton net background. The two wooden outer staves and the twenty inner staves are hand painted with a floral design using a metallic paint. There are tiny sequins scattered over the front of the fan too.

The height of the fan is 7 ½ inches (19cm) and the width when open is 12 ¾ inches (32 cm). The condition is appropriate for its age and use. There are no missing for damaged staves.
