The body of this 1950’s tin litho airship toy is a light yellow color with four movable red rudders. On each side of the airship is printed "Zeppelin" in fancy black letters. Attached underneath are two orange and blue gondolas with a man and lady sitting in each one. The front section can be taken off and inside is printed HP in a triangle and the words "Military Police". A long catgut like string goes through a ring and a hole on the top of the Zeppelin. This toy can be hung and then raised and lowered by pulling on a ring (only half of the ring is left) at the bottom of the dirigible. The length is 10 ½ inches (26 ½ cm), the circumference is 9 inches (22cm).The gondolas are 2 ¼ inches (5 ½ cm) long. There are some brown spots on the underside but the general condition is quite good.
