I think in describing this heavy vintage neckpiece one has to say "monumental".
It is one of the most unusual pieces of vintage costume jewelry I have ever found. On one side are rows of small gold colored metal beads and on the other an expandable brownish metal strip. These attach to a bursting spray of five various long shapes. Then there are six large glass stones, three pale salmon and three clear. At the closure is a gold metal leaf motive. Each side of the necklace is 10 inches (27cm) long. The decor is 3x3 inches (9x9 cm). The general condition of this piece is good, there are no parts missing. There is a small discoloration of the joints of the beads on the lower side of the front. Perhaps it could be polished away. Worn with the right outfit this will show as a highly unusual
