This unusual little 9 inch high hat stand is probably German. The doll’s head is papier-mâché, hand painted with a mohair wig. The green wooden stand is decorated with hand painted pink flowers. The beige cotton flapper style hat is decorated with a felt collar and flowers. I guess the best description would be shabby chic as the whole thing is quite aged but the textile parts could be taken off and washed. The dainty hand painted face has some scruffs too.
