Cool Plastic Turtle Nodder Toy I have two of these guys in different colors. This is the green one. It has a bit of light brown shading which is kind of marbled. The head and tail wag and they are marked made in Germany on the bottom of the shells and are both in excellent condition. They are about 3/4" tall and about 2 1/2" long.
