VERY RARE VINT LG DONKEY NODDER CARRIER
This is not a complete set as he is at least missing the jugs which hang over the back.I am not sure if there was a pack that held them also as there are two small holes in the top of the back as though a metal peg fits there.The donkey's head is a nodder and the spring is a very tight piece of steel about 1/4" wide inside that attached in the bottom of the piece so this head knods very well and with very little motion.The colors on the head are fired but the blanket colors are cold paint and have lots of wear.His blanket is supposed to be a plaid color and other than the paint wear he is in excellent condition.Complete he lists very high and I would think this would be the harder part to find.He is not marked as to maker but I know he is a Japan piece and is about 5" tall.
