Assorted Vintage Buttons Approximately 85 vintage buttons, averaging from 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Included in this assortment are two buttons marked Es Devs Spes Nostra (Latin translation: God Is Our Hope) with the Teutonic eagle. These reproduction buttons resemble those originally worn by Hessian soldiers during the Revolutionary War. Remaining buttons include rhinestone, plastic, and Bakelite styles. Fine condition.

Rhinestone Buttons Six (6) vintage buttons with rhinestone centers, pink in color. The larger button measures about 1-1/8 inches in diameter. The smaller buttons measure about 1/2 inches in diameter. The larger pink button is a shade lighter than the smaller buttons, but the pattern is similar. Fine condition.

Large Coat Button This is a most unusual button! I believe it came from a coat, but I haven't been able to find another like it. The top measures about 1-1/8 inches in diameter. The sides are graduated measuring from about 1/4 inches to 1-1/4 inches. Almost black in color with a greenish-yellow center and a kiss of purple highlights. No identifying markings. Excellent condition.
