This large hardcover edition measures about 9.5 inches by 9.5 inches. The book has red boards with a campfire coffee pot design. The inside pages are crisp and clean and include over 200 recipes, four large colorful recipe postcards, and two recipe foldout inserts. The binding is tight, no loose pages. Also attached to the inside front cover is a colorful Red Mesa Rodeo poster that measures about 17 inches by 24 inches. This poster, the dust jacket and hardcover cookbook are all in Excellent condition. Sure to be passed down from generation to generation, this cookbook is a keeper!
