Blue ink original autograph signed by actor Bob Hastings in 1968 at Universal City Studios in California. Mr. Hastings was perhaps best known as Lieutenant Elroy Carpenter in the award-winning CBS TV series McHale's Navy. His film and TV credits, too numerous to list here, also included such favorites as Kelsey in the TV series All In The Family and the voice of Commissioner Gordon in Batman: The Animated Series. His career began in radio after WWII as the voice of Archie Andrews from the Archie comic series. The front of the postcard offers a full crew shooting exterior action in front of one of the permanent homes located at Universal City Studios. The postcard measures about 3.5 inches by 5.5 inches and is marked ©1967 Universal City Studios. There is a thumbtack hole at the top center, some yellowing, and scotch tape along the left side. This vintage postcard is in Very Good condition.
