Jewelry Box Baret Ware England Oriental
Offering this lovely vintage metal jewelry box made by Baret Ware England, #194, bears their label on bottom and on inside cloth. Outside it has this wonderful dome shape like an old trunk. Covered with raised detailed oriental scenes. Gold metal trim on hinged lid, sets on four brass feet. Inside lid has a nice mirror; box area is lined in a coral pink satin. Box measures 5 3/4 x 4 1/2 x 5 1/4 inches tall. Good++ condition, no cracks or chips; minimal wear on gold trim, hinges and clasp are secure, circa 1930-40's. A lovely old storage / jewelry box for your home!

Ornate Molded Ring Box Case Deco Heart Shape Inside
This is a very nice, off white with gold decorations, spring hinged ring case or box. It appears to be injection molded bakelite or similar early, heavy duty plastic material, with what appears to be hand engraved deco designs on the top, front and inside bottom areas. The inside engraving is still has the bright gold color inside the engraving, where the outside has darkened some, and a few small spot of gold is missing. The ring slot and felt are in good condition, and there is also engraving that surrounds the heart shape. The box is 3" long x 1.75" high x 2.5" wide. It is marked "J. C. Warner Co. Buffalo N.Y. PAT. APPLIED FOR MADE IN U.S.A." on the bottom. A wonderfully designed antique ring presentation case / box! Where do you find another?
