This is a very nice vintage opened end heavy duty machine type wrench marked "WILLIAMS U.S.A. 708A". It is 12" long and the size is (1.5 or 1-1/2". This is a very sturdy wrench with the oval shaped bar or handle, the bar measuring .48 x 1.17" wide. The open end head measuring .64 thick at the thickest part of the head. The condition is good++ with no rust, no damage, some grind or file marks noted on one side of the head, otherwise has minimal wear, a few scratches.
