McCoy Pottery Advertising Beanpot F0r sale is a unique McCoy Pottery advertising beanpot. c.1974-1985. Has incised mark: #341 McCoy LCC USA, (LCC stands for Lancaster Colony Co., which operated McCoy from 1974-1985, see books for all the McCoy marks). This beanpot is in very good condition and reads: Durgin Park Market - Dining - Rooms USA. I ran across an old Durgin Park Market pamphlet somewhere and apparently there is a restaurant in Boston called Durgin Park and they use a lot of these stoneware style beanpots. I recently sold one Durgin Park beanpot that was made by the RRP Roseville Co. too. Most of the great American pottery companies like McCoy, RRP, Zanesville, made crocks, beanpots, cheese crocks etc., for other companies, with the company logos on them, like this one! Vintage Sad Sam Dog Shakers For sale is a pair of vintage Sad Sam dog shakers. Good vintage condition and shown in the books on vintage shakers. Antique Jas Benjamin Saltglaze Crock For sale is an antique Jas Benjamin saltglaze crock. c:1800's. Cobalt blue lettering: Jas. Benjamin Wholesale Stoneware Depot Cincinatti, O. Good condition, no chips or cracks, and just one small black mark on the top rim. Interior is albany slip, (dark brown glaze). A very attractive crock, and hard to find these antique ones in this good of condition! (M. Moran's 2004 book on McCoy pottery shows same style crock with different words and the book price is $1,000-1200). The crock stand shown in one of the pics is for sale also, e-mail me. Vintage Monmouth Stoneware Mercury Jug Small vintage Monmouth stoneware mercury jug. Monmouth/Western Stoneware small jug with cobalt blue lettering: Mercury. This jug is pictured in the book on Monmouth-Western Stoneware by J. Martin, pg. 80. (There is no actual mercury in this jug.) No chips or cracks, and stands 5.25 high x 3 wide. Very neat for your miniature stoneware collection! (The other miniature jugs in the picture are for sale too!). Monmouth started in business in 1906 to 1954; WSC 1906-1985. Age est. on this jug: turn-of-the-century. (The mini stoneware jugs/crocks look great on display in a child size hutch which doesn't take up a lot of space!)

Vintage Burlap Feedsack For sale is a vintage burlap feedsack. Really cool feedsack that has an olive oil type character on it in red and aqua colors and reads: Speedy Cook, Yellow Split Peas, Northwest Pea & Bean Co., Spokane, Washington, 100 lbs. etc. It is 34 long x 20 inches wide. A great item to encase between plexiglass and hang it in the family, basement, or recreation room! This is the type of item that could easily go in any decor, except formal. Tidbit of info: in Victorian times, women used these burlap sacks as backings for hook rugs!
