Meissen Hand Painted Porcelain Pedestal Compote Gorgeous Meissen hand painted porcelain pedestal compote. c:1850-1924. This is a beautiful and good sized compote; (6 tall x 10 wide), w/blue underglaze crossed swords Meissen mark. No chips or cracks; features colonial figures in various poses and attire. Gold trim and basketweave openwork rim with gorgeous flower sprays. The centerpiece of your china cabinet or dining table!
