Antique Frame and Currier & Ives Lithograph For sale is an antique frame and Currier & Ives lithograph. This was listed in the auction catalog as a 'Currier & Ives Lithograph, Little Sarah, hand tinted in a 19th C. Mahogany frame'. Auction value: $120-200.00, and auction value is generally 1/2 market price. The litho is very sweet, but just a bit dingy around edges. The frame is in very good condition; it is mahogany hardwood and has the original hardwood back. I did not remove the back because the picture looks very delicate and I did not want to damage anything. The frame is what really attracted my attention. It is very mission style. The frame is 19.25 long x 15.5 wide. Bottom of litho reads: Little Sarah, Published by Currier & Ives, 152 Nassau St. New York. The picture depicts a little girl with shirley temple curls, and blue eyes that match her dress, holding her kitty! ddauCC-V

Antique Hand Formed Vase For sale is an antique arts & crafts hand formed vase. It might be an early Brush McCoy or McCoy; (same shape/size as some of the early BM Onyx vases, see pic). It is hefty and no chips or cracks. It has a glaze miss line on body of vase, this is not a crack, pic #2. It stands 6.5 tall. A great piece of art pottery for your collection. It is a green/aqua color; more green than aqua. 4/09nehavantcs

Antique Matte Glaze Vase For sale is an antique arts & crafts matte glaze vase. More deep green than aqua. I am confident this is an early Roseville item; has 3 stilts marks; crazing on bottom. Same glaze finish and thickness as the other matte Roseville I have listed, see pics 6-7. An identical shape is shown in S. Huxfords 1980 book on Roseville, pg. 83, row 3. It has one fleabite on a 1.5 inch tight hairline on top rim. Price reflects the flaws. You can seal the hairline w/a bead of superglue if you want to protect from further damage. It is 7 tall x 7.5 wide. Interior has some lime/rust/mineral deposits. 4/09xxxxmarinant

Vintage Koppit Basket For sale is a vintage Koppit basket. Fabulous, beautifully made, tightly woven basket called a 'Koppit' basket; good condition, only the strap handle is showing some wear. Internet research shows an identical basket on 2 museum sites, one has a collection of items from the 1890's; and these are said to have been made in the Phillipines. This basket has a nice darkened patina on it. Not sure of what the function of this basket was, but it is very tightly woven and well-made. This basket has three compartments, maybe for sewing items or fishing or pipe & tobacco basket? Each compartment fits into each other and the woven handle holds it all together. It is 9.5 long x 6 high x 4 wide. When you pull the top piece up, there appears to be some type of resin on each of the four bottom corners of the next basket part and there is a shallow basket, then when you pull that piece up you get a deeper basket. A true work of art!

Vintage Coiled Fibre Basket - Apache? For sale is a vintage coiled fibre basket. Very tightly woven basket; nice patina; lid fits very snugly and has a hole in center, (perhaps to hold cord or yarn inside?). The book on Native Am. baskets, pg. 55 by S. Turnbaugh shows a similar basket. The book lists that basket as Apache, (Southwestern). Interior of this basket has a geometric design, same colors as the book shows. This basket is in good condition and stands a bit over 6.5 tall x 5 wide. It is very attractive and well made and would look great in a Mission style room, or country, or western theme. The patina on this basket is a bit darker than the pictures are showing it.

Antique Royal Zinn Inkwell For sale is a very attractive antique Royal Zinn inkwell. This lovely copper finish over pewter or tin inkwell has a glass insert. It actually is much better looking than the pictures show it. It has raised logo on bottom and #1062 Royal Zinn. It is 11 long x 5 deep. Some wear off copper, and some small chippies off rim of the glass insert, but since the copper lid closes over that, so you really don't see the small chippies on the glass insert anyway. Looks very Arts & Crafts era, (age est: late 1800's-1920's). This is a very nice desk accessory! djau1206#1606-CC

Vintage K. Ehrenfeld Pewter Candle Holder For sale is a vintage K. Ehrenfeld pewter candle holder. c:1973. Nice condition, great looking! Stands 5.5 tall. Incised mark: K. Ehrenfeld, 1973, Pewter. This has a lever that pushes the candle up or down; very similar to an antique candle holder for which there is a specific name that I cannot recall at this time. It is 5.5 tall x 4.25 wide. Even though this is not arts & crafts era, it can fit in well with that style decor. A very collectible piece of pewter to start or supplement a collection with since it is signed and dated! s/cs3.07

Vintage Noble Pewter Pitcher For sale is a vintage Noble pewter pitcher. Holiday special sale! Tall covered pewter pitcher, (perhaps a coffee pot?). It is 8.5 high x 4.5 wide, and has a rush covered handle. Incised mark on bottom: #195, then NOBLE in a circle, then Hand Made Pewter. It is a bit uneven on the bottom, and has a couple of very minor condition problems: e.g. small dings, and some smudgy areas, but not bad for old pewter. According to my research on this type of item, (the geometric shape and rush covered handle), means it likely dates to the 1920's. I could not locate any other information on the name NOBLE. Displays very well despite the aging flaws and is likely worth a lot more than this price; would be a very nice display item in an arts & crafts style room!
