Exquisite antique hadn painted French Laviolette porcelain limoges vanity tray featuring dahlias. c: 1896 and is artist signed. Signed in gold on backside: 'Alice E. Liviergatore?', (a bit difficult to make out the last name), 1896; and green Limoges, arrow symbol over France shown on pg. 351 of M. Gaston's book; mark for Laviolette c:1896-1905. The painting on this tray is very fine! Good size tray with no chips or cracks; just a bit of wear off the gold on the rim edge, nothing visually impairing. It is 12 long x 8 wide.
