This is a very pretty small, Victorian pin - dating to the mid 1800s. A nice, 5mm amethyst is in the center with two teeny seed pearls above & below. The gold parts are mixed, part rolled gold, part gold filled and a little which tested as low Karat gold. The golds are that lovely, mellow tone that many of the mid Victorian pieces have. It is 1/14" tall and 4" wide.
There is a simple "C" clasp on the back.
