Here is an ivory colored bangle in bakelite. It has carved details.

It is 5/8" wide.
However, please be aware that, although all the signs of bakelite, like weight, color, feel, hand carving, are there, I had trouble using either the simichrome or formula 409 tests. I have a feeling that this has had some sort of protective surface coating that I did not want to try to rub off & that did not let the test get to the surface. Also, some idiot had tried to test the inside with a hot pin so there is a small hole there.
I have priced this lower that other carved bakelite I have shown, taking the above into consideration |
