This adorable cloth doll is by Classic Treasures doll company. She is a February angel (with silver wings) and hold a small white heart with a purple stone in the center. Just 9" tall.
She has all the wonderful touches familiar of the porcelain dolls made by Classic Treasures - a head full of pretty blonde curls and cute white tie shoes, complete with little leather heels. This doll probably was made in the 1960s or 70s.. She has been sitting in her box all this time and is in very good condition.
