This little antique heart drop is just 3/8" wide and 7/16" long. It has a tiny mine cut diamond. The metal tests as a very low carat gold, but may be Gold Filled.
Condition is good. The diamond is barely 1 point (1/100th of a carat). It definitely has the rough cut of old time mine cutting.
