The pretty cup with "Mother" embossed on the front has a pretty irridescent finish.
The word "Mother" is a raised embossed style in bright blue. There are gold details. This coffee cup is 3 1/4" tall and 3 1/2" diameter. The saucer is 6 1/4" across. Marked "Made in Germany". The interior of the cup probably had a gold line around the top, but this has worn away. This set, with the large cup and the deep saucer is probably from around 1900.
The gold details on the saucer are bright, with a little wear at the point where the cup bottom rests.
In all, the condition is very good.
