This is a handcarved shell cameo. The lady is facing left. She has a soft brown edge of curls. There is a nice bale loop that folds up from the back to use with a chain.
The frame is small round details which accent the edges. It is 1 1/4" tall and 1 1/4" wide. Mid 20th Century.
A nice piece in very good condition
