This is from the 1847 Rogers Bros. collection. It is considered to be a small soup ladle. It is pre 1925 and most likely dated early 1900's. It is 11" in length and shows absolutely no wear. I believe it to be silverplated and it does tarnish. I will leave the cleaning to you :-).
