A beautiful 4" round flowered plate with 1 row of cutouts on the edge. Trimmed in blue with a blue flower in the center and lots of smaller blue flowers blooming from the larger one. This plate has a 'flow blue' look as it is 'blended' on the white porcelain. Hanging on a blue ribbon, the ribbon can be removed so the plate can sit on a plate holder if you wish.
