A beautiful 9" round flowered plate with 2 rows of cutouts on the edge. One of the rows is all heart cutouts. Trimmed in blue with a blue flower in the center and lots of smaller blue flowers blooming from the larger one. This plate has a 'flow blue' look as it is 'blended' on the white porcelain. Hanging on a blue ribbon, the ribbon can be removed so the plate can sit on a plate holder if you wish.

Some of the plates have a slightly different print on them, but all very similar. I will email pix if you are interested in what is left.
