This is so cute for all who like black and white or toile. This is 24" high and 16" in diameter. The base is wrought iron and the top, I think, is some kind of wood. The base is black and the top is painted in a traditional toile scene of men, women, animals and kids. There are castles and trees in the background. No need to cover this one, let it show it’s beauty. It is new and never been used.
