This is a finished 22x28" sham including the border. The actual inside is 20x26". All cotton on the top, never been used. I can't say that it is hand stitched because I don't know, but it looks like it is. There are about 124 squares, each 1x1 and a solid color border.

There is every color you can imagine in this sham and perfect for a couch, chair or bed. Notice the back in the 'old fashioned' tie back solid border color (rayon) to hold the pillow. (pillow not included)
