This is a finished 22x28" sham including the border. The actual inside is 20x26". All cotton, never been used. I can't say that it is hand stitched because I don't know, but it looks like it is. There are about 112 squares, each 2x2 and a flowered border. There is every color you can imagine in this sham and perfect for a couch, chair or bed.
