McCoy....Aunt Jemima.....Mammy
A respected name in ceramics, this cookie jar is a real winner. She is marked McCoy on the bottom and is wearing an olive green dress with a white apron and white trimmed sleeves. On the apron are the colors of her blouse in flowers. She is very colorful :-).
I don't see any pits or cracks.
I don't know the background of this cookie jar as I acquired it from an estate sale with many other jars.
There is a bit of crazing on the bottom, but nothing that would stop you from using or displaying it.
About 11" tall, she is ready for a new home.
She also has a white scarf on her head that ties in a bow on the top of her head.
