This is a mint condition collectors plate under the hallmark of W.S. George and is titled "The Cougar" by Charles Frace. The date is 1991, it is the second issue in the collection entitled "The World's Most Magnificent Cats". Bradex No. 84-G20-48.2, Plate No. 3999C, produced in an edition strictly limited to 150 firing days. The frame is hand made and is wonderful! It really makes a difference in presentation. The plate is gold rimmed and is 8 1/2 inches.
