Chinese vintage Postcard: Bridge in Shanghai. Advertising. Old Chinese postcard " Hongkew Bruecke in Shanghai".

Vintage postcard from the 1920s published in Germany. At the front side we see pedestrians, bikers, wheel borrows, rickshaws at the bridge.

At the flip side is and advertisement for Medol-brand, a remedy for dog’s diseases such as reuse.

The image depicts Chinese kids in their typical costumes, having fun.

Vintage Advertising for Aida Bakeries . Art Deco Design. Ca.1920 Decorative old advertising print fron ca. 1920 for the famous Viennese Coffee shop and bakery " Aida". The image depicts Pierrot and Columbine.

Size: 4,8 x 7,2 inches. There are faults at the margins of the upper part - so the price is reduced. ( 2 small tears and slight creasing ).

Pierrot is a stock character of mime and Commedia dell'Arte, a French variant of the Italian Pedrolino....

Vintage Coffee Advertising Postcard. 1920s Lovely, old advertising postcard for Kathreiner company, a producer of coffee substitute made from barley malt.

The postcard depicts a portrait of a sweet little girl and some text in German. I am Mizzi, as fit as a fiddle, since I only drink Kathreiner coffee substitute for breakfast…. Advertisement at the flip side.

Unused, very fine condition.

Coffee Substitute Advertising from the 1920s. Lithographed advertising for a coffee substitute made from barley malt. The text at the flip side condemns the consumption of real coffee as it ruins the heart and the nerves. By drinking this product one can avoid those threats to one’s health. And it is a product recommended by physicians and scientists….

3 Art Nouveau Vignettes related to Exhibitions. 1913-14 3 decorative sealing stamps ( vignettes ). The left one is from France: Exposition La Femme Contemporaine ( Modern Lady ), Anvers 1914.

2 vignettes are from Germany: Messepalast Specks-Hof, Leipzig Autumn Fair 1914; Craft and Industry-Exhibition Waldkirch, 1913.

All 3 are lithographs and are in fine condition.

The largest is 1,9 x 2,4 inches, the smallest 1,6 x 2,2 inches.

3 Art Nouveau Vignettes related to Motorcars and Racing. 1920-50s 3 decorative sealing stamps ( vignettes ). 2 are from Germany: Berlin 1926 German Automotive Exhibition and 37th International Automotive Exhibition Frankfurt, 1955.

The third in related to the Assen Circuit van Drenthe, 135. 3 are lithographs, on is printed on silvery paper.

The largest is 2,4 x 1,8 inches, the smallest 1,2 x 1,8 inches. All in fine – very fine condition.

4 Vignettes related to Italy, 1930s. Politics and Festa Camelia Four vignettes ( sealing stamps ) related to Italian history and culture.

2 stamps are inscribed: " Hands off! Shame on Italy ". Issued by the Bund der Deutschen in Lower Austria.

The other 2 announce the "Festa delle Camelie Locarno, 1931 and 1932.

Size each: ca. 1,5 x 2,2 inches. All are in very fine condition.
