2 decorative debt certificates ( bonds ) from Austria. One is from 1882, one from 1916. Vignettes of early Red Cross car, hospital 2 female Red Cross helpers treating a wounded soldier.
The 1916 issued is in Art Deco / Art Nouveau style, unfolded.
The 1882 issue folded 2 times.
