Richard Wagner: 2 Portrait Postcards. Lohengrin. 1908 Two b/w vintage postcards from 1908, depicting the composer Richard Wagner at the piano with reflections on scenes from his opera Lohengrin.

Both cards have been sent from Tropau to Wien and have "K. u. k. Zensurstelle Tropau" – cancellations.

One postcard is creased at the upper right corner, the other is very fine.

Unusual Portrait Photo-postcard. Lines of Glitter. Vintage photo-postcard, portrait of a pretty lady. In her hair and on her dress and on her rose are lines of small pieces of glitter.

Sweet vintage Postcard with Cupid and a Tree. App. 1905 Cute, lithographed postcard, depicting God Amor ( Cupid ) as he plunges an arrow into 2 hearts which have been scratched into the bark of a tree.

The postcard was used in Bohemia, sent without stamp. Minor aging.

This one is the cheaper version of Fisher’s famous The Kiss. ( A version, published in Finland exists, which is scarce ).
