Soviet Union ticket ( folded greeting card ) commemorating the defeat of Nazi Germany by the Soviet Powers. The Soviet star with hammer and sickle as it destroys the Swastika symbol.
At the inner side is a typewritten text in Cyrillic signed by 2 (politicians ? ) in 1972.
The ticket was published in 1969.
