Vintage oval earrings have a floral design, a pink rose and a small blue flower, in mosaic on a green background. All tiles are present and the detail is fabulous. Including the filigree edge, earrings measure 1 inch high by 7/8 inch wide. Unsigned silvertone earrings are in very good condition except for some darkening on the bezel and probably date from the 1940s – 1950s.

Sparkling Juliana Earrings in Shades of Blue
Rhinestones in shades of blue, plus tiny aurora borealis brilliants, surround center glass stones that have milky striations of Montana blue. Silvertone setting. All stones are prong-set. Although I once thought that all Juliana style jewelry had to have open-backed settings, I have recently found that many do have closed backs like these. These earrings are in very good condition, are unmarked (Juliana style was never signed), and they measure about 1 3/4 inches high by 7/8 inch wide at the widest part. Curved style extends up above the earlobe. Stunning!

These vintage clip earrings are such a wonderful warm color! Translucent oval dangles measure 1 1/4 inch long. I did the Formula 409 test on these, and they tested positive as Bakelite. Unmarked clip earrings are in very good condition. What a timeless design!

Circa 1950s lightweight plastic was sold under the brand name Featherweights. True to its name, the jewelry items are very light in weight and the earrings are comfortable to wear, even these large ones that measure 1 5/8 inches in diameter. Earrings - Curved Lucite - Beautiful Golden Butterscotch Color
The golden color in these earrings is a swirled combination of translucent and satiny - a lovely effect. These unsigned clip earrings measure 2 1/4 inches high and are probably from the 1970s. When I first saw them, I thought they were Bakelite, but I did the Formula 409 test on them and the results show that they are NOT Bakelite. Still, they are attractive, especially for the woman who likes to wear warm tones and likes Lucite. Very good condition, only very minor scuffing.
