Faux Pearls Dangle Earrings with Enameled Leaves
Clusters of simulated pearls dangle from these vintage clip earrings. Green enameled leaves curve over the sides of the design. Attractive, well-made goldtone earrings are surprisingly unsigned. Perhaps they were part of a set and the other pieces were signed. Clip earrings measure 1.25 inches long and are in good condition with minor enamel loss on the leaves.

Unusual Vintage Fanlike Rhinestone Clip Earrings
Each one of these vintage earrings has a fanlike filigree - - one fan clips in front of your earlobe and the other peeks out the side from behind your ear. A silver-colored flower graces the front. Unsigned earrings are lovely and unusual. Silver-colored earrings with clear white rhinestones are in good condition with slight darkening in one of the stones. Earrings measure about 1 inch high by 1 inch across. All rhinestones are prong-set.

Root Beer and White Dangle Clip Earrings
Refreshing as a root beer float! Cylindrical plastic beads in root beer color have darker swirls within. They may more accurately be called tortoisetone plastic. Beads each have a white top and bottom layer and are suspended from goldtone chains. Unsigned vintage clip earrings measure just over 2 inches long and are in very good condition. Circa 1960s – 1970s.

Goldtone Double-Hoop Clip Earrings
A patterned hoop and a smooth hoop are combined in each of these handsome clip earrings. Nice quality, good "heft", sturdy clip. Not signed, but clips are marked PAT PEND. Hoops measure about 1 inch in diameter and are in good condition with minor scratching. Circa 1970s.

Root Beer Bakelite Half Dome Clip Earrings
Vintage clip earrings have tested positive for Bakelite. Root beer or dark amber color Bakelite has some darker swirls inside it. Half dome shape is not completely flat on the back (see pictures). Open clips are surprisingly comfortable. Bakelite earrings measure .75 inches across. They stick out almost .5 inch from the ear. Brass-colored open loop clip backs are unsigned. Good condition, mid-twentieth century.

Vintage Shell Parrot Earrings
Still in their original box! Whimsical, colorful clip earrings are parrots (or parakeets? I'm not a bird expert) made from tiny pieces of shells. Each bird has 2 aurora borealis stones at its neck. Earrings measure 1 inch from top to bottom. Silvertone clips are unmarked. Box insert reads "Hand Made - Jewelry by Caterina - Registered." Excellent, never-worn condition. Box shows some wear.

Carved Celluloid and Rhinestone Clip Earrings
Blue and black detailing decorates these ivory-colored clip earrings. Each has four sparkling clear rhinestones at its center and the backs of the clips are marked PAT.PEND. which I’m sure refers to the comfort-clip roller feature on the clipbacks (see pictures). Round celluloid vintage earrings measure just over 1 inch across and are in very good condition. The backs appear pinkish but the fronts are ivory with dusty aqua blue and black painted details and very nice carving. Circa mid-twentieth century or slightly earlier.

Blue & Green Moonglow Lucite Cluster Earrings
Large round central cabs of moonglow lucite are surrounded by smaller round beads of pale blue moonglow, light green pearlized plastic, and clear faceted rondelles. Unsigned clip earrings are in good condition, with some wear and scratching visible upon close examination, and wear on the backs. Still very enjoyable to wear! Moonglow lucite has become one of my favorite vintage materials. Earrings measure 1 3/16 inches in diameter.

These vintage earrings have a marquise-shaped white glass stone on the clip section, while a cluster of white glass beads dangles from a silvertone stem. Beads and marquise stones are all faceted. Clip earrings measure 2 1/8 inches from top to bottom. Unmarked earrings are in very good condition.
